What we collect when you visit or contact us, why, and the choices you have.
Effective Sep 1, 2026
01Who we are
Infranest ("we", "us") operates infranest.co. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website or contact us, why we collect it and the choices you have.
02What we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and run the site:
- Contact details you submit through our forms or by email: name, email address, company, phone number and the content of your message.
- Technical data generated when you visit (IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring URLs) collected through standard server logs.
- Application materials if you apply for a role: CV, links and correspondence.
03How we use it
We use personal data to:
- Respond to enquiries and provide proposals or services you request.
- Evaluate job applications.
- Operate, secure and improve the website.
- Meet legal obligations, including record-keeping and responding to lawful requests.
04Legal basis
Where the GDPR or similar law applies, we process data on the basis of your consent (when you contact us), our legitimate interests (operating and securing the site, responding to business enquiries) and, where relevant, performance of a contract.
05Cookies and analytics
The site uses only strictly necessary cookies required for it to function. We do not use advertising cookies. If we introduce analytics, we will use a privacy-preserving configuration and update this policy.
06Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and communicate with you (for example hosting and email delivery), under contracts that restrict their use of it, and with authorities where legally required.
07Retention
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. Application materials are kept for up to twelve months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Server logs are rotated automatically.
08Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
09Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege principles to protect the data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date at the top reflects the latest version. Questions and requests can be sent to our contact email.
